Getting Ready for the Poker Run

This will be the first in a series of reminders, requests....about the ABATE 27 poker run coming up Oct. 11th 2009.

We would like to see you all there to support the cause! We know most of you are too busy... to attend the monthly meetings (next one is next Tuesday Oct. 6th , by the way) so I want to ask you the come enjoy the run!!!! You joined ABATE for a reason, so here's your chance to support it further while having a blast.

We have added a great live band Jay Gordon and the Penetrators! They will be playing from around noon to 4 pm (or so) BBQ will take place at the same time.YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO DO THE POKER RUN TO GET A CHANCE TO PLAY POKER AND WIN!!!!!!!!!!

We are also looking for a few helping hands. Elmer has agreed to help me with the BBQ, but we both could use a spelling off now and then to go see the rest of the event. Same with sign-in, raffle/50/50
ABATE table....... Give us an hour and you'll be glad you did!!
